For healthy people coming for physical exams, camp physicals, DOT physicals, etc. we charge $175, which includes free labs of CBC and Chem 8. Labs can be valuable for clearance.
The price list below is additional costs to a basic visit:
Blood texts:
iStat with chemistry and Hb labs are $55
Horibo CBC $55 with advanced lab license
Urine screens such as UA, Pregnancy tests, and Urine Drug tests are $30 each
Blood Gas and Lactic Acid with an advanced lab license are $55
Procedures:
Suturing is $200 - includes all medical materials, sterile clean, and skill of clinician
Setting broken bones is $200 not including X-rays
Cast removal is an additional $100 to the consult fee (special tool required)
Suture removal and staple removal are $75 only with waived $175 initial consult fee if seen by us
X-ray:

Non-contrast is $550 including the radiologist read
With contrast is $650 including the radiologist read

$175 for All healthy patient physical exams listed, this includes $110 of labs. This is the best value.
Labs included are CBC and Electrolyte, Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, Ionized Calcium, Bicarb level, Glucose, Blood Urea Nitrogen, Creatinine, Anion Gap, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, WBC, Platelets.
Additional labs and X-rays if needed are only ordered if necessary for an injury.
Physicals:
Pre-Op physicals is a $450 bundle that includes a complete physical and review of all medical history and medications, past medical/surgical history, allergies, CBC, electrolytes, Xray, EKG, Coags, UA, and Urine Pregnancy if needed. This service will be in weeks to come.
Sports Physical $100
School Physical is $75
DOT Physical $120 plus labs if needed.
Back to work physical $75
Vaccine records check $40 to review.

Follow-up visits like Suture Removal/Staple removal/burn or wound redressing as a follow-up will all be $75 if we already saw you for an initial full visit.
If you had sutures/staples at another place, you will be charged $175 for a new visit.
A Urine Drug Screen for a new patient who is acutely ill is a $100 lab drug test after Sign in fee of $175.
Law offices or general citizens coming in or sending established patients for a bi-weekly Urine Drug screen is $50/test. Established patient means they have to have a 1 time $175 visit and consultation with a physical exam to be in our system.
Advanced Asthma treatment for severe asthma
$400 Acute status asthmaticus or Croup with Stridor with respiratory distress. This includes STAT oxygen therapy, IV placement, 4 nebs back-to-back with Stat Decadron, and chest X-ray.
This treatment averages $5000 to $6000 billing in ER, we are usually 10 times less in terms of cost. Usually the price of your ER copay. If unable to turn around, we can always transfer. The company is run by docs in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, and are comfortable with treating high acuity issues.
Durable medical equipment with diagnosed need only:
Foot Boot for ankle sprain and fractures are $150
Most splints with wraps are $50
Finger Splints with wraps are $20
Crutches are $75
PPD Test placement and read-only is $60, with no other charge required, however, if positive, then you will need a full exam visit as a sick patient, which requires a $175 visit for a physical exam and diagnosis and two view chest X-rays which is $100 and we will send to county health TB clinic.
